A private van will accommodate up to 10 guests. It
is just for your group and will be waiting for you at
the airport when you arrive.
If there are more people, or
if you prefer greater comfort, please consider a mini bus or coach.
Dates And Hours Of
Operation
Private van service between the
Salt Lake City airport and Park City is available from the
time the resorts open until the time they close. The
service runs around the clock. The regular rates apply
all the time, except for individuals and pairs. If any part
of the journey falls outside the hours of 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
In that case, there is a minimum charge of $145.

Door To Door
Service
We pick you up right outside the
terminals and drop you off at your hotel or condo. It
is also a door to door service on the way back.

When Is My Credit
Card Charged?
Your credit
or debit card will be charged within 24 hours of making the
reservation.
Can I
Order Without A Credit Or Debit Card?
You can
call us at 1 888 658 2227 x 11 when you get to the Salt Lake City
airport to see when next we have availability. We do
not take advance reservations without a debit or credit
card.
Airport Pick Up Locations
Terminal One
(all domestic airlines excluding Skywest and Delta):
Outside door 6. All the doors in Terminal One are
numbered.
Terminal Two
(Delta and Skywest). Outside door 13 (not door 12):
If you follow an imaginary line drawn through all the luggage
carousels, door 13 is the door on the other side of carousel
8.

What The Vehicle Looks
Like
While
different vehicles may be used, all will have a large sign on
the side that says Park City Limousines.

Reservations
While
reservations are not essential, they are recommended.
Availability is not guaranteed without a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
will be accepted, and a full refund will be given, subject to
both of the following criteria being met:
1: The cancellation must be emailed to us.
2: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to
the date and time of travel.
A purported
cancellation that does not meet the above requirements will
result in your card being charged in full.

Other Important Details
Pick up times
are not guaranteed. Service may run late during
snowstorms or times when road and traffic conditions are bad.
We are in no way
responsible for your flight arriving late. We will do
our best to accommodate you, as soon as possible after
arriving. If your flight is delayed, and you are on it,
and we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your
money and you are at liberty to take another service. If
the airline loses your luggage, or you are delayed at the
airport for any other reason, we will wait for half an hour
from your plane's arrival time at no charge. After
that we will charge waiting time of $1 per minute. We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service
may not be available at certain times and on certain dates.
Certain minimums may apply. If this happens there will
be no additional charge.
