Park City transportation with Park City shuttle service, from Salt Lake City, Utah, airport

If the one way cost of your transfer is more than $245, for 10 people, it is cheaper to take a private van. For more than 10 people, consider a mini bus or bus.

Regular shuttle service between the Salt Lake City airport and Park City is available through the ski season. The shuttle is available for travel between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. If any travel at all falls outside those times our private van rates apply.

We pick you up right outside the terminals and drop you off at your hotel or condo. It is also a door to door service on the way back.

Locations Serviced

Generally speaking, our shuttle goes anywhere that is easy to get to in the lower part of Park City. This includes all the popular parts of Park City. Outside Park City we drop off at the area immediately around Kimball Junction (where the road to Park City turns off Interstate 80), and anywhere immediately adjacent to Highway 224, which is the road from Kimball Junction into town.

The shuttle does not go to upper Deer Valley, Promontory, Glenwilde, Deer Crest, Jordanelle, Deer Mountain, Pinebrook or Jeremy Ranch.

If you do not see your location listed below, please email us to check if we service that area. If we do not, we can provide a taxi for you, at a cost of $2.50 per person, with a minimum charge of $10, to most places in lower Park City, once the shuttle drops you off.

We can also drop you off at the Jeremy Ranch freeway exit, anywhere at Kimball Junction that is really close to the road coming into town, and anywhere that is really close to 224 (the road between Kimball Junction and town.)

Your credit or debit card will be charged within 24 hours of making the reservation.

You can call us at 1 800 724 7767 when you get to the Salt Lake City airport to see when next we have availability. We do not take advance reservations without a debit or credit card.

Terminal One (all domestic airlines excluding Skywest and Delta): Outside door 6. All the doors in Terminal One are numbered.

Terminal Two (Delta and Skywest). Outside door 13 (not door 12): If you follow an imaginary line drawn through all the luggage carousels, door 13 is the door on the other side of carousel 8.

While different vehicles may be used, all will have a sign on the side that says Park City Limousines.

While reservations are not essential, they are recommended. Availability is not guaranteed without a reservation.

Cancellations will be accepted, and a full refund will be given, subject to both of the following criteria being met:
1: The cancellation must be emailed to us.
2: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date and time of travel.

A purported cancellation that does not meet the above requirements will result in your card being charged in full.

Pick up times are not guaranteed. Service may run late during snowstorms or times when road and traffic conditions are bad. We are in no way responsible for your flight arriving late. We will do our best to accommodate you, as soon as possible after arriving. If your flight is delayed, and you are on it, and we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your money and you are at liberty to take a shuttle service. If you are arriving late, and your flight is delayed such that it arrives after this shuttle has stopped running, it is incumbent upon you to let us know that you would like us to provide regular shuttle service or private transfer service for you, at our regular rate. If no prior arrangements are made, and the flight arrives after the bus has stopped running, your money will be refunded for that leg of the transfer only, and we assume no responsibility to get you to Park City. All people and luggage must be on board the vehicle at the time that it is ready to leave. We will not wait for delayed passengers or luggage. There are times of the day when we will not be able to accept reservations from one person traveling alone. Please mail us to check. In that case we will email you to tell you that, and refund your credit card. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service may not be available at certain times and on certain dates. Certain minimums may apply. If this happens there will be no additional charge.
